Policy On The Handling Of Personal Data
In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (“Regulation”) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (“Privacy Code”), Mmairo S.r.l. (“Mmairo”), with headquarters in Viale XX Settembre 177 F2, 54033 Avenza Carrara (MS),
informs the subject
(the “User”),
wishing to register and/or benefit from the services and/or content contained within the website www.mmairo.com (the “Site”) to take advantage of its benefits, including the receipt of newsletters, that the personal Data, former Article 4, Paragraph 1, Section 1 of the Regulation (the “Data”) — provided while: (i) browsing and/or registering to the Site and/or (ii) using the content and/or services within the Site, will be handled by Mmairo, in quality of proprietor, pursuant to Article 4, Paragraph 1, sections 2) and 7) of the Regulation.
1. Purpose and practices for the handling of Data
1.1. Except as stated in paragraph 2, the handling of Data will be carried out for purposes related to the registration, the use of the content and/or services present and/or offered by Mmairo, including the management and operation of the Site. For such handling no agreement will be asked to the User as it is necessary for the execution of the request made by the User or to allow the operations of the internet site through technical cookies or similar instruments.
1.2. Subject to the User’s consent, Mmairo may also use the Data for marketing, commercial and promotional purposes aimed at informing the User about promotional activities, as well as to carry out market research and/or surveys on customer satisfaction, through traditional modes of contact (letters and phone calls via an operator) and/or automated communication methods or contact without an operator, via email, fax, SMS, MMS, etc., pursuant to Article 130 of the Privacy Code.
1.3. Mmairo will handle the Data in such a manner as to ensure the use of the services/benefits/utilities required by the User.
1.4. Finally, the User’s Data will be handled by Mmairo in such a manner as to fulfil any legal and/or regulatory obligations, as well as those required by the competent Public Authorities for judicial and public security.
1.5. The Data will be handled by Mmairo in electronic and/or manual form, in such a manner as to ensure the security and confidentiality of the Data.
2. Nature of Data collection. Outcomes in the event of non-conferment
2.1. The conferment of Data by the User while browsing and/or registering is completely voluntary. The possible non-conferment of Data may result in a diminished User experience and in not being able to enjoy the benefits arising from and/or related to the services offered by Mmairo and/or the Site.
2.2. The conferment of Data for marketing, commercial and promotional purposes as well as to carry out market research and/or surveys on customer satisfaction is also voluntary and therefore, there will be no negative impacts should the User decide not to consent to the collection of their data, with the exception of taking part in Mmairo’s promotional activities and being informed about news, activities and/or other services offered by Mmairo.
3. Communication and dissemination of Data
3.1. In compliance with the purposes and practices for the handling of Data and in accordance with safety and confidentiality measures, Data can be accessed by Mmairo’s employees, collaborators, partners, vendors and consultants and their respective suppliers, partners, contractors, carriers, agents and consultants.
3.2. Beyond the abovementioned scenarios, User Data will not be subject to communication and dissemination in any form and will be made available exclusively to the Public Authorities for judicial and public security, subject to formal requests of the Data, where available.
3.3. The Data will be handled strictly for the period of the time required to enable the User to take advantage of the services requested and to inform them of Mmairo’s promotional and commercial activities.
4. Rights of the interested party
According to articles from 15 to 22 of the Regulation and considering the limitations provided by article 23, the User has the right to receive confirmation by the proprietor of any treatment of personal Data and in that case ask access to them. In addition the User has the right to:
4.1. know the objective of such Data’s treatment;
4.2. know the categories of Data;
4.3. know the recipients or categories of recipients of such Data specially if foreigners or international organizations;
4.4. know, when possible, the duration of Data storage or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine such period;
4.5. ask to the proprietor of the treatment amendments, cancellation or limitation of such Data treatment, or to oppose to the treatment, subject to the right of the proprietor to highlight the consequences of such requests;
4.6. propose a complaint to the Privacy Authority through the internet site www.garanteprivacy.it;
4.7. if the Data is not collected by the proprietor of the treatment, ask information about third parties involved;
4.8. ask to be made aware of the existence of an automatic process, including automatic profiling as per article 22, sections 1 and 4 of the Regulation and in such cases ask information regarding the logics used by such processes;
4.9. in the cases foreseen by the Regulation, ask for the Data portability in the form of an electronic archive through which the Data can be easily transferred to a new proprietor. The rights indicated in the Regulation are to be enforced in writing to the proprietor. It is also noted that at any moment and with no formality the User has the right to revoke the Data treatment and/or object, wholly or in part, to the handling of Data for marketing, commercial and promotional purposes carried out by Mmairo with automated and/or traditional modes of contact.
5. Proprietor’s responsibilities in the handling of Data
The proprietor handling the Data is Mmairo S.r.l., with headquarters in Viale XX Settembre 177 F2, 54033 Avenza Carrara (MS).
6. Use of cookies on the Site
1. It is noted that the Site’s use of cookies takes place in accordance with the purposes and practices set out in the policy published on the Site’s homepage.

The undersigned, in the capacity of User, acknowledges that they have read the privacy statement and, in accordance with the regulations set out in Articles 6 and 7 of the Regulation and 130 of the Privacy Code, they consent to Mmairo S.r.l. (“Mmairo”)’s collection of personal Data:
For marketing, commercial and promotional purposes directed at informing the User about Mmairo’s promotional activities, as well as to carry out market research surveys on customer satisfaction through traditional modes of contact (letters and phone calls via an operator) or automated communication methods or contact without an operator, via email, fax, SMS, MMS, etc., pursuant to Article 130 of the Privacy Code.
